About Us

Bier-Mania! Cultural Beer Tours is a British-run tour company set up in 2006 to link up the beer cultures of some of the world‘s finest breweries, brewery guesthouses, brew-pubs and bier-cafés and do cultural beer tours between them with the aim of having a good time. We consider the journey as important as the destination!

At Bier-Mania!™ Cultural Beer Tours we introduce you to the varied and thriving beer cultures of Europe as well as in Colorado, USA, be it the traditional Flemish Estaminets or the typical Bavarian drinking halls in Munich, we want to show you where they are! 

We have a whole range of tours to suit your interests in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Colorado in the USA, from 2010 we plan to introduce tours to the West Coast of the USA as well as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

Our tours take you to those off-the-beaten-track places you wouldn‘t normally visit, small group size (maximum 8 per tour) ensures we give you that personal service, free time ensures you get your space!  For our longer tours, we often limit the maximum number of people to 6.

In 2007, after nearly 1 year of research trips around Europe and to the USA when he personally visited all (well, most!) of the locations used on tours, in early 2007 Bier-Mania! Cultural Beer Tours was finally up and running. Soon after setting up, Bier-Mania! Beer Tours was also joined by Evi who works mainly in the office using her much needed linguistic skills.
